Giving another update comment - Sixe's last communication was on 2/09/23. About 3 months before 2024. So give or take 1 Year and now it's March going into April. 1 Year and about 6 months. I'm not running defense for Sixe, but do keep in mind that he's the sole developer of the entire game. He's not on a team at all.
Hello. Minstrel here in 2025. I just want to lay rest some things about this game. It's still very much in development and there's an active community Discord. I tried out the demo on Steam and I absolutely loved it. For $20 (24 if you're feeling generous), it's not a bad game at all. Especially because everything you see is hand drawn and then animated by one person. We're currently waiting on when Six drops Beta Test 5.
Also rumor has it, he unplugs from the ethernet when working on the game. (Good on him, I think we all need to unplug every once in awhile.) Overall the community is very dedicated and very friendly to new folks coming in. The game is cryptic and that's what I love about it. Looking forward to the full release.

He's composing the music, art, game mechanics, sound design, and animations. As someone who tried to be an animator, it's fucking TOUGH. I used to compose music, but I stopped. It's not as bad, but it takes a long time.

Should be the normal Discord channel. You'll need to find the Discord to get in, we're all actively chatting. Hint: Steam.
Kickstarter backer here - serious question, have you talked to Sixesixesixe recently? Less concerned about the game than them as a person.
